2. Order Processing and Shipping Time
Order Processing
All orders are subject to a **1-3 business day** processing period before shipment. This includes age verification and quality checks.
Processing may be extended during high-volume periods or if age verification fails.
Estimated Delivery
Shipping times vary based on the carrier and the method selected at checkout. Typical transit times are:
- **Standard:** 5-7 Business Days
- **Express:** 2-3 Business Days
3. Shipping Rates and Tracking
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight and size of your order, the selected shipping method, and the delivery destination. **Free shipping promotions** may be offered periodically, subject to minimum order values.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing the **tracking number** and a link to monitor your shipment's progress directly with the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Mandatory Age Verification
ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED
- Due to federal and state regulations regarding tobacco sales, all shipments require **Adult Signature (21+)** upon delivery.
- The recipient must provide a valid government-issued photo ID to the delivery person to prove age.
- If the age requirement is not met, the package will be returned to Smokxy. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only; **shipping fees are non-refundable**.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to the following addresses:
- P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes).
- APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.
- International destinations (We only ship within the United Kingdom and specified domestic territories).
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products purchased comply with local laws and regulations at the delivery address.
