3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from being returned:
- All consumable tobacco products (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, shisha tobacco).
- Vaping products, e-liquids, and disposable vapes that have been opened or used.
- Items purchased during a clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards.
This exemption is for health and safety regulations concerning consumables.
4. The Return Process
Receive Authorization
Wait for our team to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Ship the Item
Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within **10-15 business days**.
Exchanges for Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the initial return process and request an exchange in your email.
